On Wednesday the women’s undergarment maker Triumph showed off a very unique bra that was created as a way of promoting “Premium Friday,” a campaign that hopes to get people out of work earlier and spending more money.
This new campaign started in February and is being promoted by the Japanese government and private business sector. It recommends companies to let their employees leave work at 3:00 p.m. on the last Friday of the month in order to both promote spending and combat the problem of overwork.

Drawing inspiration from the Premium Friday campaign, this new bra features coin purse bra cups and an alarm that goes off at 3:00 p.m. on the last Friday of the month.
After everyone turns off the office lights because it’s time to go home, this bra even lights up announcing to everyone that it’s Premium Friday. However, unless you’re totally shirtless while at work, people may not be able to fully appreciate this function.
The bra also comes with a curling iron and false eyelashes, which are supposed to help working women look their best after they leave the office early.
A spokesperson for Triumph commented that the company has been participating in the Premium Friday campaign since it started in February. She added that Triumph wants “working women to have fun and positive Premium Fridays.”
Triumph currently has no plans to actually sell this bra.
